Michelle Raines
General Manager
Michelle Raines conducts a full-service title insurance company servicing the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia areas, with a staff of 10 qualified and friendly professionals. Her corporate office includes: in-house and in-home or office closing/settlement agents, funding department, post closing department, and personal account processors to provide you with immediate and personal service.
Michelle knows your closing is important. That's precisely why Michelle and her Team guarantee to meet your settlement date or we pay your buyer's and seller's title fees! Her processors will provide you with a HUD 1 for your review before the closing so any last-minute adjustments can be made, assuring her clients of her professionalism.
Home First Title Group closers are on staff and available to you at a moment's notice - anywhere in the Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas. Michelle and her Closing Agents provide residential and commercial closings in their office, as well as remote closings and any other special closings designed to meet your needs.
Michelle's commitment to you is that she is there for her clients 24/7 with a full staff on hand from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. She is committed to offering an unprecedented turnaround time on all communications. You will receive a personal processor to act as your contact and liaison between our internal departments, ensuring that your experience is flawless.
Furthermore, Michelle's service to you doesn't stop when the closing is over. Her Team handles post-closing reviews of all closing documents to ensure their accuracy.

Monique J. Tucker
Director of Marketing / Settlement Officer
Monique is a licensed title producer and Notary Public with over 20 years of Sales and Customer Service knowledge. Monique has been involved in all types of sales from Special Events, Tourism to Advertising. Monique brings to the table uniqueness and professionalism to marketing. She uses her creativity to maintain personal relationships to keep clients happy. She also enjoys the challenges of providing clients with a high level of expertise, and problem solving to close the deal.
Monique attended University of Maryland for Business, and currently resides in Crofton, Maryland.
The ability to convert ideas to things is the secret to outward success.
Rachel Forame
Business Development / Settlement Officer
Rachel is in the Marketing and Public Relations division of Home First Title Group. She has gained her experience in marketing through her previous employment of 5 years with a marketing firm and her current tenure of 10 years in the title industry. She is very professional, well rounded and truly enjoys people, which makes for not only a great marketer but also carries over to the settlement table. She truly believes that communication is key, and, without that, you truly cannot build a solid business relationship. In her spare time, she enjoys her two beautiful kids, her family and friends and volunteering to those in need.
Cindy Grays
Post Closing
I have enjoyed working in the Title Industry for over 9 years. My experience in office management, post closing, marketing and front office receptionist has been very rewarding. I have passion for working with people as well as assisting our office staff with whatever they need. I am currently studying advanced Spanish in hopes of assisting our bi-lingual clients in the near future.
Kristi Shenton
Settlement Officer
Kristi has been in the "business" since 2001. She has been on the title side as well as the mortgage industry. She has worked as a processor, a loan officer assistant and an operating manager of a small title company. She has finally found a company that best suits her abilities and drive.
As a licensed settlement agent and an experienced settlement coordinator she brings her knowledge and expertise to the table.
Kristi lives in Crofton and enjoys spending time with her husband Kris, son Kristopher (3) and daughter Molly (1). She loves to cook and plays golf when she has some spare time.
Rhonda Richards
Processor
Rhonda Richards has come to Home First Title with 10 years experience in the business. She has worked with some of the best attorneys and has brought a lot of legal expertise as well. Rhonda is currently processing for us and is working toward her license to conduct settlements. Rhonda has four children and five grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to spend the time with her family.
Dawn Waters
Settlement Officer
Dawn Waters has been in the title industry for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the closing process. She takes pride in helping clients experience a smooth and stress-free settlement and particularly enjoys problem solving. She is always happy to answer questions or address a concern.
Dawn currently lives in Southern Anne Arundel County with her husband and five boys.
Susan Johnson
Settlement Processor
Susan has over 15 years experience as a settlement processor. She is a licensed title producer and a notary public. She is dedicated to customer service and is happy to answer any of your questions and help you in any way she can.
